internet investigator-navigator, someone who explores the internet to investigate the realms of cyberspace and real space that we human animals live in.

In days of old mankind navigated the lands and seas of the world to find the undiscovered. To leave behind the same old same old and to open up new worlds.

The world is totally explored now save the pockets of deep jungle, remote desert or frozen tundra that defy or discourage, for the moment, development.

I only hope that the new citizens of the world can use the interconnectivity of the Internet to discover the uncharted regions of the human brain that can help lead us to a higher level of human self awareness.

That this awareness of ourselves and therefor the others around us leads to a world more humane, more sane, more peaceful. A world that wastes less and wants for less. A world that knows its limits and caters to them. A populace that nurtures nature as nature has nurtured us.

Nurtured us until we were smart enough to start erasing it. Clearing forests in spite of our need for clean air and water. In spite of destroying the homes and environment of animals and plants to which so many wonders exist.

So many of our medicines come from the examination of Earth's species yet we are succeeding in wiping out so much of it at such a speed that the numbers of cures and remedies and aides to a healthy life that are being destroyed beyond any hope of discovery is absolutely enormous. A tragedy beyond any human drama that's played out over the last 3 millennia.

I believe humans have evolved to a teenage state. Immature of mind yet adult in stature. We have the power to command our planet's doom yet not the sageness to halt it. We follow greed and anger to the destruction of peoples and places. The usual creed being money first. Jobs before environment.

For us to survive we need to grow so much more. To reach a level of maturity which encourages the contemplation of more than just our personal wants and desires but the needs of those around us and the planet beneath us.

My hope is that the Internet does so much more for humans in terms of self education. Our public school systems are being under funded to the point where they are merely baby sitting services. Too many students too few teachers.

I pray to Gaea that we can deschool our young/systems. That we can master the art of passing on that which needs to be known and practiced.

Obviously my thoughts on such matters are open to the ridicule and criticism of my fellow humans so this page, as with all my speculations, is a work in progress.
