My TreeHouse

My smaller house plan. A sort of treehouse in that one climbs ladders to get to the upper floors. Always good for the body to be using the arms as well as the legs. The ladders save floor space and give the cubby house feel.

This house is warm in the Winter because it heats quickly due to its size and the heat travels up to the higher floors and it can get plenty of sun during the day.

In Summer opening the windows allows for a cross breeze which can replace the air volume in minutes. I haven't drawn in the awnings one would use to compliment this design
