A couple of help files to .. help me ;) well
my family usually as they often ask me for help with computers.

Here's a couple of types to finding what your want to find
Windows (98)
Hard Disk Maintenance Scanning your
drive for errors and then defragging it.
This will improve disk performance and therefor the speed at which your
computer performs
it's given tasks. It will also, hopefully, reduce the chances of losing
data to corruption of files.
Outlook Express Setup your accounts
to check your POP access mail
Spam.
